Running Form

So, I keep getting myself injured, which sucks when I'm trying to train for triathlons and marathons and such. My chiropractor suggested I film myself running to see if I'm doing something wrong.

I know it's not the greatest, and I definitely heel strike a bunch. Maybe someday I can fix myself so I don't break down anymore.

Kind of tired of getting hurt every few weeks. Someday though I'll do something.
